We started GridWave with the goal of providing the best EV charging infrastructure experience. In Chicago where GridWave was founded, we took a look at the fractured charging market.
We noticed that there was a large number of EV charging stations that were not only not maintained, but not operational. There are times where 35% of the market's EV charging stations were down. Why invest so much money into deploying the technology if it's constantly down?
